All the products in our range are selected for their quality, performance, and value for money. We're always adding the best new products to our catalogue, and welcome any comments you have about the items we stock. In the rare event that they fail to live up to your expectations, providing they are returned within 14 days in the same condition as when they were bought, you'll find our replacement, repair, credit note or refund policy, both sympathetic and entirely reasonable. PRICES

Prices and availability of products included on the Rose Morris Musical Instruments website are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted in sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Some manufacturers offer products that have special academic pricing for educational institutions and those in full-time education. To purchase an academic priced product we need the following information:

  • An order using a pro forma invoice or purchase order, which includes school account number, school/church name and address (Internet sales).
  • Photographic and/or business card identification with job title and establishment address, confirming academic status (store visit).

TOTAL SATISFACTION

If you are not completely satisfied with our service please contact the Store Manager personally. The Manager will resolve any difficulties directly with you to your complete satisfaction.

TAX FREE SHOPPING

Overseas visitors (from non-EC countries) can shop tax free at Rose Morris Musical Instruments. We will be happy to advise you on any aspect of tax free shopping and will be pleased to arrange the necessary documentation for customers wishing to have their goods directly exported. Tax free shopping is only available to customers visiting the Denmark Street store.

Rose Morris Musical Instruments gift vouchers are available for any sum, in pounds sterling from the Denmark Street store only. They can be only be redeemed in person at the Denmark Street store..

CARRIAGE CHARGES

We will use our best endeavours to despatch your items within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted. If a Sunday or public holiday falls within the 48 hour period from the point of your order then your order will take longer. If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will endeavour to inform you promptly. Most items over the value of £75.00 (inc VAT) are despatched for next day delivery within the UK mainland, Monday to Friday. Postage and packing charges are set at a standard of £4.99 (inc VAT) for orders up to £75.00 (inc VAT) and £10.00 (inc VAT) for orders of £75.01 (inc VAT) and above and apply to the UK mainland only. This rate is subject to change without prior notification but will always be advertised on our site and at the time you place your order.
